We saw physiotherapist Arora Aradhana for sessions at blacktown. we had good experience with her. she gave us good treatment and we had good pain relief. We felt quite looked after, comfortable with her. she did her best to look after us. We will see her in future and recommend her to family and friends. We can say that she will look after her patients and give them personal attention and make them feel comfortable during session. She educated us about our comdition and we were happy about it... Accommodate d us in spite of being booked out.

Complete joke of a medical practice! Went in for a serious health condition for my mother (as her support person because she does not understand the health terminology) and the extremely rude receptionist said I could not be in there due to being unvaccinated, despite me questioning what the difference would be if I were to come in unvaccinated TO GET the vaccine! It makes no difference as I would still be unvaccinated coming in! Ridiculous that a DOCTOR (who sees people with all sorts of contagious diseases) refuses to see someone due to them not being vaccinated against covid! The RUDE receptionist

Be careful with workers compensation claims. If you get Dr Mahmoud, make sure you check the paperwork before signing. I was denied getting paid for a week off work because he ticked the box where it says I was able to do work in the time I was recovering, which was strange because I was barely able to walk due to back pain. I had to sign the front page and back page, but funny that they dont show you the middle page where it shows the most important information which isnt on the front and pack page. Be very careful, check the paperwork and make sure they listen to you.

Came in at 5 pm for some assistance with an injection that has been prescribed by my specialist, the doctor and nurse were not confident in performing the task.
University Educated, with no practical experience....very disappointed in the Doctor and Nurse who both seemed to be incompetent in such a simple procedure that i needed assistance with.
