Avoid this medical centre if you care about a good customer service. Very poor communication from the doctor. She was completely unfriendly, barely listened or looked at me while I described my symptoms, seeming to be more interested in quickly finishing the consultation than properly understanding the medical issue. Only positive point goes to the nursing staff, who were more helpful and humane in the interactions.

Dr Salman Ali is the rudest, uncaring and most unprofessional Dr I have come across, after explaining my symptoms and asking if cancer was a possibility he got agitated and said "maybe i am not the Dr for you", I was in his room for less than 2 mins. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN. He is lazy, uncaring and perhaps should seek a profession where he does not interact with people.

If you are thinking about getting your 3rd covid booster here, perhaps wait a little longer for them to update themselves on who is eligible. I called on 2/11 to ask if they were doing 3rd boosters and I was told yes so I booked in. When I got there on 4/11 the doctor seemed to have no idea why I was there for a 3rd even though there have been announcements, text messages, emails etc from NSW health that people are eligible for a booster after 6 months. I got it in the end after a lot of explaining but I feel like that could have been a more pleasant and smoother process. Otherwise my time there

My partner and I have been visiting this medical centre for over 7 years and have always been looked after very well by the doctor, receptionist and nurse.
Dr. Shamima Jahan is the most caring and considerate doctor who takes the time to listen to our concerns before prescribing the relevant medicines. She is always cheerful and very friendly. She even goes out of her way to stay back on many occasions when we have been running late for our appointments.
Due to covid we have been unable to make physical visits to the centre however we have received on time phone consults that more than made up

I never had a regular doctor then when I was pregnant the royal woman hospital recommended a share care with Dr Shamima Jahan, she has been looking after me through 2 pregnancy and my whole family through lots of health issues. She takes the time to listen, is not rushed and shows genuine care, she is great with kids and has lots of knowledge about everything. I 100% recommende Dr Shamima for your family.

The Medical staff are always very accommodating. I appreciate them and all medical personnel for taking care of us in their level best during this enduring pandemic. Qudos to the frontline healthcare folks at SHMC & elsewhere! My personal thanks to Dr. Shamima Jahan for caring for my family. She is always patient and understanding of our problems if any and her support during my wife's pregnancy is unforgettable thus making me and my family feel at home always! Thank you.

Worst medical practice I've been too, terrible communication and poor consultations. Prime example, my daughter had her 18 month vaccinations and they didn't record correctly then missed her second dose. Another instance my wife was pregnant in labour waiting to see a doctor and was ignored in the waiting room for over two hours while the front staff forgot to tell the doctor she was there. Doctors also refused to physically examine you due to covid. Would not recommend

Dr. Nair was excellent. She made the whole process seamless and easy. She was also a delight to chat with. Very professional and glad she was my first-jab doc!

I’m so disappointed about this Practice! Twice I called early morning around 8-8:30am as no one answer the phone after ringing so many times.. Then suddenly a strange woman answered and just hang up at me. Does she know how to put the phone on hold and say excuse me I will put you on hold just one moment. Instead she was rushing or she just drop the phone trying to multi-task between the phone and patient that she was serving. Ether way I had enough! First time I went here. Booked a consultation as I recently moved from interstate and looking for a new GP, the doctor provided no assistance when asked about the process of transitioning GPs, he was not willing to understand my situation but instead asked me to fax my information to the reception and provided no advice when I asked whether I should wait in the waiting room or make another appointment once this was done. Instead said after only 10minutes of the consultation he had no more time to deal with this situation and closed the door on me after ushering me out of his consultation room.
