My doctor is great. I can’t speak for the reception staff. Very unfriendly and cold. It doesn’t take much to smile and just be nice. It takes multiple phone calls to try and get through to reception and most of the time they’re too busy to attend. I waited for an important letter for three days and had to follow up multiple times and ask them to email it. The email never arrived they’re now closed for the weekend and I am going to have to go to another GP.

Staff and doctors here are so rude. Told them my name at the front desk, and all the lady said was “yes, sit down” in a bit of an unfriendly, bothered way. The doctor was worse. She seemed to have had no sense of humour, and was even rushing us to wrap things up, as it was her last appointment of the day. When I asked what she could do about my sickness, she just said “Sorry, nothing”.
Will not be attending this place ever again unless it actually hires some nice staff. I give 1/5 because of the actual building.

14 years ago when I moved to Coogee I tried out all the doctors in the area. I found good ones, of course, but I was looking for the best. After two years of searching I finally found them, Br Baker and Dr Blainey at this medical centre. Since, all my family is treated by them and I always totally trust their advice. They have always done whatever they could to best assist us. I am certain that the rest of doctors here are as good, I just don't know them. The staff is always helpful and accommodating too.

Went there to have a doctor check out an infection below the eye. While I mentioned to the doctor that it feels like Herpes, he insisted it was a Chalazion but told me to come back in case it worsens. Herpes got worse - I went back - but unfortunately they couldn't fit me in their busy schedule. No interest what so ever to actually help/cure their patients. Paid 90+ AUD for wrong diagnosis... and no efforts to actually make amend of their wrong, no willingness to help. No apologies offered, no sense of urgency/empayhy towards patient. Don't go there!
