Moira was diligent, professional, supportive, friendly and communicated on a regular basis. There was issues collecting information for the prospective buyer regarding my unit and Moira relentlessly tried to source the answers. Moira was pivotal in the sale of my unit. Moira also sought out to assist the buyer's fair and reasonable queries which shows true professionalism. I would highly recommend her whether you are buying or selling property.

We have been renting properties through Maloney’s Property for many years now. Marion Nielsen in particular has been extremely helpful in advising on house presentation (and renovations), finding excellent tenants and proactively notifying us of any changes in circumstances or issues. We get emails for rental income and any maintenance issues. I also have access to an online portal for a complete history of events. As we are overseas at the moment, this level of service is a huge load off our minds. I have rented properties through Marion for nearly 30 years, and have recommended her to everyone
