Homefinders Real Estate is a very personal 'boutique agency', completely different from the majority of existing style of Real Estate agencies in the ACT. Our Property Management team strives to maintain the highest standard of professionalism at all times ensuring that we provide the best possible service to our clients. We currently manage a wide range of properties from $130 per week to $1200 per week all over the ACT, Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Absoloute crooks they will do everything they can to take your m money including lie. They are unresponsive realistate cowboys. Even if you have no other choice I would strongly suggest finding an alternative if possible. Extremely un professional. I think their reviews speak for themselves.

As a renter with several weeks of experience renting through Homefinders Real Estate I can say this is truly a very unprofessional and badly organized/managed company. An absolute lack of communication regarding my maintenance issues, even after several phone and e-mail urgencies. I fear that my rental will get problematic with them if there will be any more serious issues to deal with. I absolutely don't feel they take a good care for their customers.

I can echo some comments left here by other renters who have had similar experiences with Homefinders Real Estate.
Taking them over a month to settle a dispute over a maintenance issue is not called being responsive, before I commenced legal proceedings against them. During the period, no one from the company communicated with me (Julie, Sarah or Barbara) for an follow-up or update, despite numerous emails from me requesting for updates.
An unsatisfactory agreement was finally put to me by the company after more than a month of waiting. It wasn’t much of an agreement, rather a take it or leave

Most stressful end of lease experience I've had as renter in Canberra.
They brought us back to the house twice after we moved out, even after we paid for professional cleaners and a gardener, including to repeatedly sweep a handful of leaves off a porch after a series of thunderstorms. Only when I argued that I can't control the weather did they concede, and accept that leaves do in fact blow off trees from time to time.
Ironically, our landlord seemed like a reasonable person, based on our limited interactions and the repairs he got done on the house while we lived there. It's HomeFinders real

If you are a renter, do not under any circumstances (short of being homeless) rent from this gang. If we had a landlord licensing scheme they would be out of business. The rudest, laziest, most unprofessional landlords I've ever dealt with. Only time they contacted us was to scold us or to ask for money for water/diesel. Never performed even routine repairs or maintenance. Two colleagues have said the same thing regarding different properties. They also lied to us in the listing about internet connectivity (which was non existent when we moved in).

As a young professional with a flawless rental history before them, I didnt anticipate any problems however I felt disrespected and constantly lived in fear as a tenant under homefinders, which was the main reason i chose not to renew our lease. No communication between owner and tenants was allowed unless through them and they completely stuffed that up. No one wants to live in a home where you constantly get picked on and made to feel like a terrible tenant even though you've never had any problems before and tried your best. The whole year was a very stressful experience for me and I was terrified

Not even one star. Very stressful and horrible experience with this agency. I lost all my identifications, bank account details and valuables (worth $10,000) on their Inspection day on the 10th OCT. They failed to keep the place in a reasonable secure state for me. I gave them notice ahead to move out. They never gave prompt reply on that. Later they asked the other two girls to move out, so that they can take the house back to start a new lease. But those girls can not move out so soon. I barely know the two other girls. I always consider it as a separate lease. When someone wants to move out
