Aurora Psychology was developed to provide therapy, assessment, supervision, and training that is collaborative and focused on your needs. We draw from a range of contemporary evidence-based psychological approaches, including cognitive-behaviour therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, trauma-informed therapies, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology.
If you are concerned about your child's mood, behaviour, or adjustment to challenges in life, speaking with one of our child and adolescent clinicians may help. We offer cognitive and educational assessments for children and adults, including comprehensive reports to provide you with practical recommendations.
Psychologists have specialist training in human behaviour and expertise in dealing with a wide range of personal issues. Unlike some related professions without national registration requirements, such as counsellors and psychotherapists, all psychologists are required to be registered with the Psychology Board of Australia.
