Services
Each of our studio apartments have commanding and uninterrupted lake views with lakeside access seconds walk away. Brand new kitchens equipped with modern refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and electric frypan. Nothing was a problem. Very helpful with local info as well.
A deposit of at least one night's accommodation is required to secure a booking with the balance required 7 (seven) days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: A refund of the full amount paid less $50.00 will be allowed with 14 or more days' notice. A refund of 50% less $50.00 with 7-13 days' notice, no refund will be allowed if 6 days or less notice is received.
Nothing was a problem. Very helpful with local info as well. A really nice host with a great spot on the lake with a ripper view. Great walking track along the lake front through the tree line. A pleasant and private spot to spend a few days. The BBQ is a great idea with outdoor dining looking across the lake with plenty of bird life at your front door.

I have traveled the world and I find holiday nivana right under my nose at Silver waters waterfront on the edge of beautiful Lake Macquarie. Fabulous studio apartment for adults only, which suits my wife and I. Over looking sailing boats and fishermen with beautiful sunsets. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We will be back again, love the place.

It was our first time to stay at this beautiful place I love everything from the 360view of the whole surrounding and the host Diane and Ken had done a fantastic job to keep the room as nearly prefect I personally love the toilet facilities as practical clean and tidy, also the room area was spacious even though as a studio as everything so organized. My wife and I also loved the morning sun rises.
If you love fishing, definitely please go to explore the jetty and catch a fish of the day for fun. We will definitely recommend to our friends and we will come back to stay and relax once again.
