With bridge fitness I found a place I could not only do amazing workouts that are varied and challenging but could also meet amazing woman who become your community and support. Such a vibrant and energetic group of girls with incredible trainers. The workouts always change so you never get bored with the same routine.

Bridge and Hannah concentrate on each person individually so you get the personal attention in a fun group setting. Always a good laugh and a great workout! Bridge has a knack for making people fall in love with fitness, create healthier habits for themselves and still enjoy the great things in life.

Bridge fitness is a group of people who support each other and build you up to be a stronger, braver you. I have lost 30kg with Bridge fitness over the last 2 years.

Highly, highly recommend Bridge. I have just completed a 12 week challenge during lockdown and have had my best results EVER. The workouts are really thought out and varied. Bridge is highly enthusiastic and she really cares and is on your journey with you. She has been a great support through the 12 weeks helping to keep me on track and adjust my nutrition based on how my body was reacting to the training each week. I am so pumped to continue on!

Bridge Fitness is more than just a fitness class - it's a community! Women of all shapes and sizes and fitness levels are welcome. Bridgette and her trainers truly care about us girls and will always be 100% supportive. I've been attending for 3 years now and would recommend to any women in the Bayside area who want to get in shape and still have fun.

I have been training with Bridge for years. Bridgette and her trainers are excellent, they offer alternatives when you need it, they push you to achieve your goals and they are always supportive. Bridge really cares about all of us, it is a close knit, excellent, personalized PT. Highly recommend to anyone!

Love this group training! Fantastic locations, great people to train with, a variety of exercises and challenges and trainers who keep you motivated and push you to achieve, and what's even better, they make it FUN!!!!

Just joined Bridge Fitness to keep my new year's resolution on track. I absolutely love it. It pushes my fitness boundaries but it's great fun. Training with a group of girls keeps me motivated.
