Results in Motion Personal Training is a fun, funky and fresh take on the outdoor fitness scene in Melbourne. Not only will I push you to the extreme in your workout to get you looking your best on the OUTSIDE but I will make SURE you are walking out of the room feeling more confident than ever on the INSIDE! Whatever it takes, I am committed 100% to ensure all my clients get results and have a good time doing it!

Boot Camp is a structured 6 week intensive fitness program, aimed at fast tracking your fitness, size and weight loss results. With a minimum of 8 classes running weekly, participants are encouraged (strongly suggested!) to attend as many sessions as they can possibly fit into their lives. As the name Boot Camp suggests, the 6 weeks are designed to be tough, both mentally and physically challenging.
