Results in Motion Personal Training is a fun, funky and fresh take on the outdoor fitness scene in Melbourne. We empower all of our clients to achieve results and our training program is built upon a "make it happen" attitude. We believe it's YOUR body, YOUR goals and won't quit until YOU get there.
We are your little pocket of motivation on those dark cold mornings when you can't be bothered getting out of bed to train. We are the voice of reasoning that stops you smashing a whole box of doughnuts in one go. We are here to show you that you can achieve anything that you put your mind to. We know that you can always be a better version of yourself and are determined to take you on the journey to get there.
Not only will I push you to the extreme in your workout to get you looking your best on the OUTSIDE but I will make SURE you are walking out of the room feeling more confident than ever on the INSIDE! Whatever it takes, I am committed 100% to ensure all my clients get results and have a good time doing it!
I have lost a total of 40cms and amazingly, for the first time in about 10 years I have also lost 5kg scale weight. I have so much more confidence and am actually wearing clothes that I avoided in the past. Results in Motion is goal orientated and always strives for us to improve to become our fittest, healthiest self.
Boot Camp is a structured 6 week intensive fitness program, aimed at fast tracking your fitness, size and weight loss results. With a minimum of 8 classes running weekly, participants are encouraged (strongly suggested!) to attend as many sessions as they can possibly fit into their lives. As the name Boot Camp suggests, the 6 weeks are designed to be tough, both mentally and physically challenging.

I love being a PT and group trainer for Results in Motion! The culture that has been created is amazing. Such a great bunch of people that are welcoming, supportive and lots of fun to be around AND the name says it all, results happen!!

The boot camps were motivating and fun! Great to work out with like minded people who are all there to achieve their personal best and have some fun at the same time. Trainers were awesome!!

They actually make working out enjoyable by offering different types of classes so you never get bored of doing the same thing! The RIIM environment is great whether you're doing PT or bootcamp the trainers know how to push you the right way to get results I'm sooo glad I found RIIM
