For beginners and experienced fitness levels. The trainers at bolt make you work hard and even cater to injuries and existing medical conditions without slathering you with shouting. They inspire and help you reach any goal without pushing their agenda but helping you achieve your goals your way. 5/5

When I first came to BOLT and met with Ceri I literally cried… I had been putting so much time and energy into other things in life and there wasn’t much left for myself. I wish I had found this place sooner. I had spent 5 years (probably 3 years too long) at a popular franchised interval training gym and was getting a bit bored of the repetitive program and didn't feel I was being pushed. Joining Bolt, and being a scared (but experienced) little newbie, I was impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the… trainers; they are very knowledgeable and attentive to all of the members that are training during the session.
