Services
Movement Enhanced is a boutique strength and conditioning gym in Brisbane's inner-city suburb of Albion. When it comes to training, we believe in a safe Strength and Conditioning approach that is constantly varied to be challenging and sustainable. For nutrition, we assemble a wide variety of wholefoods; veggies, fruits, unprocessed carbs and quality protein.
If you love to learn, connect and want to be a part of a tight-knit community, then join us for 21 days for just $97. Our off-peak training times are 9:30 am, 12:00 pm, 4 pm plus any classes we run on Saturdays. Please note, we required at least 7 days notice before you plan to stop coming to our gym.
With access to over 35 strength and conditioning sessions per week, Movement Enhanced's methodologies get you results. To compliment our barbell lift, we focus on accessory exercises to target weak points in the body. Here we correct imbalances with different types of unilateral and isolation exercises.
At Movement Enhanced we apply principles from a broad spectrum of areas including powerlifting, weightlifting, bodybuilding, and gymnastics to get you the best results in the most efficient way possible. Our programming is delivered through our performance tracking app where you can log your weights and track your progress over time.

Can't recommend Movement Enhanced enough!! Since joining almost 2 months ago I already feel so much stronger and my mobility is increasing everyday. Ben and the team are so knowledgeable and supportive and have been so patient and helpful with injuries that have previously held me back. Love the focus on technique! ME honestly has the best environment and everyone is so friendly. Can't get enough!

I have a strong liking for surf boat rowing and competing against other likeminded people. Training to be the best version of myself as a competitor was a lonely journey, until around two years ago when I was welcomed into the Movement Enhanced community. I was skating past the gym early evening and a creep followed beside me in his car for 100m. A Movement Enhanced PT came out and checked on me and the creep drove away. That PT and another lady PT insisted I stay with them and offered to drive me to my destination. I am very grateful for their kindness and I believe the gym is an empowering and safe place. I have lived in the area for over a year, never had an instance like this happen, but glad to know Movement Enhanced is on neighbourhood watch and the staff there will go an extra mile for you literally.

There is no doubt about it, Movement Enhanced is the BEST group fitness gym in Brisbane! With a great bunch of people to work out with and extremely knowledgeable staff, it was incredible to see the progression and improvements I made. The crew focus on quality over quantity and it truly works. The programmed workouts are structured well in advance and are organised to ensure everyone make long term gains (over short term wins). The gym is always clean and this is just one demonstrator of Ben and the crews strong work ethic and dedication to making an incredible environment to work out in.

I love everything about Movement Enhanced. I've never been a fan of gyms and prefer to exercise and do activities outdoors, but with a need to build strength and fix my ol' back problems (I'm in my 30's you see), I researched gyms in my new hood and came across ME. From day 1, Ben and the team couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. They welcomed me like family and support me to achieve my goals. Highly recommend this gym. DO NOT hesitate to try it out. I get super anxious about starting at a new gym and I’ve never felt more welcomed and supported at any other gym. Not only are the trainers super friendly and welcoming, they have created a whole culture of friendly and helpful members who all want to see each other succeed. I definitely… wouldn’t have left this gym if I didn’t move out of town! Every session is full of education and the trainers are very focused on technique and form to make sure you get the most out of every session and don’t end up injured

Top notch gym. The facility and gear are second to none, the programs Ben has developed seem to work so well in allowing for sustainable progression ....and the trainers actually know their stuff.

Ben & the coaches go above and beyond for each and every person who goes to Movement Enhanced and really help in reaching your personal fitness goals. When I joined the gym at the start of this year, I was really looking for a big sense of community & was super nervous attending for the first time. That nervousness went away as soon as I stepped in the gym because everyone made me feel so welcomed and included. There’s nothing better than achieving your goals in a space surrounded by people who make you feel comfortable & cheer you on while you hit new PB’s!

Ben came highly recommended and he didn’t disappoint. ME runs a well planned strength and conditioning program delivered by experienced coaches in an awesome facility. The small group training affords you enough 1 on 1 attention from coaches but at a fraction of the cost of personal training, with the added benefit of accountability and motivation from the group. Programming is individual to you and prescribed relative to your current strength/capacity.

For more than two years I have looked forward to every session at Movement Enhanced. I also love the flexibility and personal… approach of the semi-private style training, these sessions give me a personal trainer at an affordable rate in an immensely motivating group environment.
