Box Hill Medical Centre

I have been with this medical centre for about 4 years. Good experience overall. Very busy centre. I'm glad to have Dr Conrad Chiu for years. He has been great.

Note: the review is based on my experience with the reception and nurse
I have a Covid-19 vaccination from overseas and wanted to apply for a Covid-19 digital certificate as suggested by the Immunization Register department. I was told by the Nurse and Reception that I should make a booking with the local Council to get the digital certificate. After spending "quite" some time looking for more information, I wasn't able to find anything online that confirms the information that was provided by the Nurse. Eventually I called another Medical Centre and they were able to register for me and provide

Dr Theresa Chui is a wonderful Doctor who is easy to talk to and very caring towards my elderly mother. Will always ring you back in response to a message left with the reception team! 👍💕

One of the worst Medical centre. The lady on the reception doesn't even give enough time to listen to the clients.

Dr Mal Brikic is one of the laziest GP's i have ever known in my life. When i saw him about a certain issue & asked for a referral to a specialist, he refused & told me 'they will just say the same thing as i have', well guess what dr, that is why they are a SPECIALIST and you are a GP, they are the experts in their field.
i have attended the medical centre myself a few times over the years but only when i could not get appt with my regular gp at another centre. i have found all the doctors over aged 50 at BHMC to have the same pompous attitude , the younger ones are far more pro active & also

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. I was doing a phone consultation with Dr. Jana and she hung up on me in the middle of our consultation!!!
Never coming here ever again!!!!

I have been looked after by the Box Hill Medical Centre for 17 years now. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and service they provide. Highly recommended.

My first visit and the staff are delightful, helpful and very accommodating. Going above and beyond for elderly customers with language barrier. Quiet, comfortable and tasteful waiting room. Highly recommend.

Worst ever!!! Don’t want to go back any more! Not helpful! No show any respect! Long waiting period! And even the doctor and the receptionist can speak Chinese, but they pretend they don’t understand any Chinese. This is so disgusting! ! And the doctor also belittle of my email address as well , because they are so ignorant! Strong Recommendation to ALL people! DON NOT GO! and by the way, they are NOT BULK BILLING!
