I have been a patient of Advocate Medical Centre for many years. All my children and I have seen Dr Becky Radcliffe at Forest Hill Medical Centre on Mahoneys Rd, and followed her when she moved to Advocate Medical Centre for 25yrs until she retired. Dr Becky Radcliffe was a most exceptional GP and was very caring, thorough and understanding. I have seen other GP’s in the Clinic as well and they all are very dedicated, caring. Vic the nurse who use to work there and take blood was very good and friendly. Wendy the nurse there now is awesome, caring and dedicated. The reception staff have been

One of the better medical centres around, I've found their GP's and nursing staff to be highly approachable, personable, knowledgeable, skilled and compassionate in their approach to assessment and treatment of health conditions. I've never felt like I was just a number which is how I've felt treated by far too many GP's in the majority of clinics around the place. They've always taken their time to have an in-depth conversation and then provide a comprehensive treatment plan. Over the years I've felt very well treated by the staff there and feel quite at home and confident with this practice now

Dr. Becky Radcliffe is an exceptional Dr. who has met my every need and delivered myself and my fiancé exceptional care. She is very maternal and someone who I credit to getting my mental health under control. Her care is relieving. Deb, Rosemary and Debbie are caring and understanding receptionist who pride themselves in patient care. Dr. John Ladzis is a wonderful Dr when Becky is unavailable. Diane and the other nurse are so gentle and lovely and give the best care. Overall this clinic is incredible and should have a higher star rating.

Very caring and compassionate team of Doctors, nurses and reception staff. I have had the privilege being a patient of Dr. Becky Radcliffes who has always upheld my dignity, treated myself with kindness, compassion and respect and always implements best practice treatments. Vic is also an excellent nurse and is warm, professional and provides holistic person centred care. Highly reccomend for children's and women's healtg. Very grateful for the excellent care provided by Advocate.

It has literally taken me two years to write this review because I have been so upset. This centre could have killed my child and I have not been able to get over it. We had been seeing the drs there without issue for a few months or so, then one day after my child was discharged from hospital after a procedure he became unwell. The hospital advised me to see a GP. I called the clinic and they said they would see us right away and the nurse would check him over while we were waiting for the dr. We waited HALF AN HOUR while the nurse was sitting in her office without a patient with her, the nurse

Everyone at this clinic is caring and wonderful, from the reception staff through to the doctors. You don't feel rushed out the door when you come here. The doctors listen, care and certainly don't fob you off. They offer bulk billing for low income earners which means that I can come here without worrying about the financial burden. Won't be leaving this as my go-to GP anytime soon

I was a bit skeptical about going to see a GP here because there was no reviews about them. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience because everyone was so very nice and friendly. I appreciate how the doctor understood what I wanted to check for my health (I went for a general check up and had a blood test as well) and how she treated me. The nurse was so kind and made me feel comfortable when I was getting the blood test. The receptionists were also lovely, they answered all the questions I had. I genuinely am so thankful to find such a great place. I went again this week for a follow up
