Appointment was late. Nobody communicated with me. I was supposed to have an appointment for my booster jab at 1.40pm and I haven't been seen yet. This level of service is unacceptable. They've forced me to be late for my next meeting because nobody has spoke to me since I went in the practice about 2 days ago

This used to be great surgery but since covid it's gone downhill fast. Takes multiple long phone calls to get to speak to a receptionist, up to an hour in many cases. The doctors seem to have withdrawn from the public although not so for the nurses who have continued to see patients throughout. Like many surgeries the best you can get from a doctor is a phone call and forwarding pictures. Since most folks are double jabbed why haven't doctors gone back to normal working practices as per the rest of the population?

These doctors used to be brilliant! But since Covid it's serious gone down hill, can't get appointment, then when they say they are going to ring you up over your X ray results ( this was for my husband) they don't ring, he rang up to ask why after getting told he had a phone call bk at 9.30am to be faced with a very sticking attitude receptionist!
Please train them to respect the patients plz.
I am left woundering how long after all the years I've been here is this surgery is going to stay open 😞 sad to think of it

Very poor service. No communication, difficult to get through by telephone, long wait for appointment, poor attitude from reception who basically decide whether you get an apppintment. No follow up from Dr's without prompting by patient, just a faceless system with no actual care. Nothing like it used to be.

I don't use the doctors often as I look after myself . However, needed to see a doctor on Monday due to an injury a phone call with doctor would not suffice, it needed to be hands on. Reception staff were great they got me an appointment on the day & were very polite & helpful. The doctor was excellent & my injury is healing well. Thanks.

Well this surgery has really gone downhill, been with this practice for over 40 years! Can’t get an appt, getting through to the surgery over the phone is a nightmare! In a queue for over 20 minutes, then the phone just rings and rings, had to end the call after it ringing for 15 minutes. Then eventually when you ring again later to be told that you can’t have an appt until 15 September!! Great !
