First time at this resort with my family and we really enjoyed it as it was very clean and tidy. Kerrie & Mark were very friendly and well organised. I booked this hotel for my partners birthday, I asked Kerrie and Mark if they did any package. We organised to do champagne and balloons. Kerrie and Mark were so helpful and arrange everything with no hassle.

Great spot to stay. Reasonably priced, handy location to Noosa main beach but set back on a quiet stretch of the river. Older building well refurbished and maintained. Great BBQ and pool area, with lots of BBQs, fridge and tables with shade umbrellas, well kept and clean. Great main swimming pool, spa and kids pool for easy play with little ones.

Unit we got was the perfect size. Unit we stayed in was recently renovated which is great. Unfortunately we did find the room to be very dusty and contributed to allergies. For the resort to improve I feel it is important that more bin liners (3 provided), dish soap / dish tablets (2 provided) and toilet paper (2 provided) over the course of a five night stay. As well, I would recommend that the 1 ply toilet paper be upgraded. A 1 ply situation is not good for anyone over a 5 day period. 😅

I'm sorry to say but after many stays earlier we will not be returning back. Blame it on miscommunication or not however my deposit was taken and lost even though I could not travel to QLD due to Covid state border restrictions.
That was not explained to me and I was reassured i would receive it back (verbally). My fault in this is I didn't seek it in writing. It is what is is and I felt extremely disappointed on the treatment I've received.

The room we stayed in was very tired and on the old side. None of the photos on Booking.com represented our apparent 4 star stay. The side balcony was dirty, old dying plants & an old warn peg basket & hadn’t been swept for a very long time. Blinds in the kitchen had mold & dust on them. Vents clogged up with dust. Would never recommend to stay here. Highly disappointing!!!

Have stayed at this resort a few times and have been impressed the way they keep making improvements. It is well located on the water and the apartments keep being modernised. We have found apartment 28 to be our favorite with 2 balconies having views over the river and its lovely styling. You can enjoy the pools,river, BBQ, bikes, kayaks, sups, spa and sauna with award winning restaurants within 50M and Hastings Street 10 minutes walk away. Great place
