Large, fully-stocked kitchen with og island, full-size refrigerator.seperate dinning room with large table and six chairs, two small sofas in the Livingston and other cumphy chairs.
If you love animals, as we do, you'll ja e no shortage of birds, turkeys and lace monitors begging for food out on the deck. I even caught two turkeys trying to look in our window.
Very close to the main beach, about a kilometre and a half; but don't expect parking to be easy.

Nice rooms big rooms. Ideal situation.
Very rude full time residents that argue with guests. full time Residents yell and abuse kids if whenever noise is made in the pool or grass area during the day.
Resption staff kept saying the full time residents come first.

Very clean and spacious apartments that have plenty of amenities. The heating and cooling facilities are excellent with plenty of split system units and every room having a ceiling fan. The place is locked down like Fort Knox though with keys required for every single door or garage you'll encounter

Stayed here with my elderly parents. Big clean apartments but i wouldn't say luxury. Staff weren't as friendly as other places we stayed in Noosa. Biggest let down when trying to injoy fresh air with your baby is all the smell of cigarette smoke from cleaners. Spoke with one of the older cleaners who wasn't very considerate. Lost power. Apart from that great location nice and quiet. Like other comment only place I've stayed were you have to pay for rubbish and if dishs aren't washed.. so 2 stars. Probably wouldn't recommend.

Terrific location - easy access to both Hasting street and the commercial Noosa, great value for money. 2 huge balconies, massive lounge /dining. Great security, well maintained, clean, modern fresh rooms and the best water pressure and shower I've had in years. The free wifi and the pool just made everything even better

The whole place is kept very well, they're spacious and affordable. Great place for a weekend get away. A few strict rules seem to apply to the pool so wouldn't suit a fam with kids, but that was a perk for us not having many kids around. If I come back to noosa, this would be the first place I'd book.
