My husband, toddler and I checked in on Friday 26th Nov 2021 into apartment 7. This trip was for our wedding anniversary
The carpets and floors were not vacuumed. There were nails, glitter, crumbs, etc. and under the coffee table there were dirty and used tissues (x2) and a used and sticky shot glass (plastic).
The toilet was absolutely disgusting. I have a 1 yr old and I’m 8 months pregnant and I came here to have a relaxed time not to clean. I wiped all the benches and surfaces as they were not wiped properly.
The kitchen bench had playdoh stains and they just needed a little scrub with

Apart from the musty smell that greeted us when we entered our room and the obvious drips on the toilet floor, we had the pleasure of listening to the constant drip of water into the washing machine throughout the night. TV sound was inaudible and upon enquiring at the front desk how to use the soundbar, was politely told to "google it". Once bitten, twice shy. Will be looking for a better alternative next time.

If I could give less stars I would. The apartment was filthy when we arrived, considering COVID, we had to almost deep clean ourselves on arrival. Communication was poor, snake in the pool, if you chose to enjoy yourself around the pool that was shut down even though we are close to 50 years old NOT 20. Definitely find an alternative if wanting to stay in this awesome area of Sunset, I couldn’t be more disappointed for our first time in Noosa!!! Buyer beware!

Been coming here for years, and will be coming here for many more. Close enough to noosa to get in easily but more relaxed and less crowded than staying directly in hastings st. Plus Sunshine beach is a beautiful beach.

Apartment 1: Disappointing.
For the price paid, not even remotely happy. The bathtub still had scuff marks from dirty feet of previous guests. No soap/ body wash/ shampoo provided. The outdoor setting still has some coagulated goo from whatever was spilt there previously. Pillows had dust on them. Those that didn’t have dust didn’t have pillow cases! There was sand through the linen in the ‘made’ beds. All four of them. Foul.
No face washer. No extra towels. Dead cockroaches. PowerPoints in kitchen arced and the cases on them loose- hazardous! Crockery provided was still dirty.

We, ve been coming here now for 20 years , initially we used to stay at the other end as the two units at each end have side windows which give added views. The last two visits we switched to a different unit as it was a nicer layout, the shower was larger and with a home made alloy ramp we are able to get our disabled daughter in the shower in her bath chair. Very clean and comfy beds, the managers are lovely people and very knowledgeable with local things to do and where to eat. The other bonus is the gentle walkway from car park so we can wheel our daughter straight in the front doors with only

Great apartment (we stayed in number 6), but some minor issues depending on expectations. The view was exceptional, right next to the pool area and overlooking the sea (whales passing by quite frequently in the distance). Overall the apartment was clean, but not been swept under the sofa or on skirting boards, with a filthy WiFi router / iPod dock. A couple of lights were blown and the tumble dryer kept overheating / was very noisy, which was annoying because the TV and sitting room are right next to it, but who washes a lot on holiday I guess... Huge TV in living room, but no TV in the master

Terrible. Privately owned, so if you get an apartment that hasn't seen a lick of paint since it was built (as we did!) Then I guess it's bad luck as some of the apartments looked quite nice and modern. We asked to move, as the place smelled like damp dirty rags (Probably due to how it was cleaned) but were told they were full. However the 'vacancies' sign out on the street suggested otherwise. The receptionist was quite abrupt and unhelpful. The apartment was very dated, cockroaches under the TV cabinet. As a family of 4 we would expect furnishings to compliment. Not so. One lounger, one kitchen
