Great position, fantastic apartment with all mod cons, excellent views, easy access to shops and restaurants. Overlooking a great beach. Whale watching from living room! The location and the views were fabulous and our apartment was spotless on arrival with full amenities provided. Very happy overall.

This place was lovely. We were in room 1 which had a balcony just above the pool and facing out towards the ocean. From what I can see, it looks like all the balconies are ocean facing.
As soon as we arrived, we went onto the balcony to admire the view and could see 3 separate pods of humpback whales playing and splashing around offshore.
I was so impressed by how meticulously clean the apartment was. I usually wash any glass or dish I use when staying in any accommodation but all of the glasses and crockery were spotlessly clean. The sheets were fresh and the place smelled nice.

We stayed in a penthouse for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The view from the lounge was amazing and even better from our very generous private rooftop. The interior was ok but for us it was more about the views and the spacious rooms. Location is fantastic with the beach across the road and restaurants, small convinience store and a surf club very close. Had a nice walk to Noosa via the coastal track in the national park and caught the bus back to Sunshine Beach ( they leave every half hour.) Ross and Toula were very friendly, we even received an email around 1:00pm to say our room was ready

Dirty, very basic rooms. One of the bedside table lamps was dirty, mouldy and rusty. Outdated decor and not much thought out into the interior design. Great location though - good view of the beach, can walk there in a few minutes. There are lots of nice restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Friendly receptionist. We are locals and just stayed there because friends from NSW invited us there for a few days. There are much nicer hotels around Sunshine Beach and Noosa to stay in for similar prices. The price was not reasonable at all for the quality.

The penthouse room was lovely. However the pool was a long way away and down a lot of stairs with no ramp or lift access. The pool was small and no spa so a little disappointing. Some items in the room including the sound system were old and didn't work. The view and comfort of the room was great. The roof top was amazing and we had dinner up there.the beach was very accessible and the property is in a great spot. Compared to properties say in Bali it was old and a little tired with no great facilities. Overall a good stay but not sure if I'd recommend it unless you wanted the view without a great

A great place to stay. Clean, spacious, and very close to local restaurants, convenience store and ATM. A lovely relaxing stay, comfy beds, and a quiet location on the beachfront where whale watching was common from our balcony. A very quick drive to the hustle of Noosa if so desired, but a quiet retreat from it if crowds aren't your thing. Apartment 1 wasn't overly sunny, but it wasn't a problem for us as it kept us cool on the scorching hot days. Still a sensational view of the ocean. Many thanks to our helpful friendly hosts.
