Such a horrible experience. I assume the lady had a bad morning. As soon as we arrived, we parked in the carpark and the lady rudely spoke to us telling us to leave and to come back later as the room wasn’t ready. I then explained we book for that time and she again Rudely explained that’s our fault for booking through booking.com and not them directly. Strongly advise change of location and the lady to get some customer service experience.

Room was a good size and very clean for the price. Reception was beyond lovely also. I stayed here for 2 nights for a work event and it was easily accessible, close to shops, train station and restaurants and within walking distance of everything. Comfortable bed and lounge. Easy check in and out as well as good breakfast options.
Room had a fridge, kettle and microwave for convenience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cheap stay

This was the second time we have stayed there the first time was for 2 weeks and service was good. Thought the owner was nice. Then my daughter and son in law and there kids stayed for one night and put in a temporary booking when they got there to pay they were informed they didn't have the next night booking as they work all booked out. When they left the next morning not one of the staff knowledge them and the owner walked straight past my son in law with no hi how are U or how was your stay. How rude they are how they get booked out with no vacancies is beyond me. They then went to motor inn
