This open plan room features a spacious marble bathroom with a large open shower, block-out blinds or curtains and sheers near the bed area. Enjoy tea & coffee making facilities, LCD TV's with multimedia access, 8 free Foxtel stations, 33 free to air stations and 6 music stations.
Our 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT accommodates two (2) people in your choice of luxuriously comfortable latex topped King bed or 2 Single beds in a separate bedroom. This spacious apartment features a marble bathroom with a large shower, reverse cycle air-conditioning, block-out blinds or curtains and sheers over the large ranch style sliding doors in both the bedroom, the kitchen and the living areas.

Horrid.
Possibly the worst place I have stayed. Felt dirty & scruffy. Shower poor, water gushes from the shower screen so the floor & hallway flood. Sofa has no springs & is broken… needs replacing. Rug full of dirt & hair. Shower screens & all windows absolutely filthy. I have to sleep here tonight….tempted to check out & find somewhere else. It’s awful.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The bin was still full from previous occupants and there was no spare bin bags for us to replace it. Went to grab a glass for a drink and it still had lipstick on it and when I grabbed another the rim had some sort of other grim on it. I looked to see if there was any dishwashing liquid to clean the dishes with but there was only a table for the dishwasher so nothing to just quickly clean the glasses. There was no soap in the dispenser near sink in bathroom either. There was no toiletry packs or anything it kind of felt like it just hadn’t been cleaned or replenished

The staff are very nice and incredibly helpful. They are the clear highlight. It is handy to many things, including the enormous Chermside Shopping Centre, the Kedron-Wavell Services Club and the Prince Charles Hospital.
The bad? It's dirty. Every surface, particularly the floors, has not had adequate cleaning. There is profuse mould growing in the grouting of the shower. The glasses and crockery required a clean before using as well.

Not guaranteed parking, not good for price. Parking is essential when you have expensive gear in the car. Had to park on a dark field next to apartment complex.
Would be better with Allocated parking rather than other people taking 2 spaces
Well just found out the vacant block is a tow away block, 250 dollar fine. Had to hunt and scavenge for parking in the street (only about 6 spots) some are only 2 hours

Apartment was nice, modern and spacious. Conveniently located. However, found some moisturiser and a shopping receipt from a previous guest who'd stayed some days prior. Also some of the mugs were not at all clean or else severely stained and not very enticing. There was no light in the fridge and the cutlery rack was missing from the dishwasher which made things difficult. Probably the major complaint was that we were on the first floor looking down on reception and the garage door to the parking was extremely loud and very noticeable all day as people came and went. Kids enjoyed the pool though

The service of the hotel was not up to standard as we did not receive essential things such like house keeping, only two towels, and only a small portion of milk and coffee etc, when we asked for more they charged us extra for them items. And as we stayed for 3 nights we expected to get fresh towels, a refill of milk and coffee and house keeping everyday an not be charged extra. ...

Clean the rooms properly before new guests arrive. We appreciated that they let us check in early due to my husband having just got out of hospital, but please still clean the rooms. I was blown away with the size of the room, was great. But once we settled down, and discovered how dirty the room was. I made allowances because they let us go in… earlier than the usual 2 check in , but why couldn't the room be cleaned properly. The bin had a bag in it but on removing it to take the rubbish out, found the bin had not been cleaned and had remnants of the previous guests food and garbage. The
