It had the basics of a clean room . Needed a bath mat, a better place to boil the jug, as I didn't use it due to the bad location of a Power Point. I squashed a few baby cockroaches also crawling about. With my shoe.

Cancelled our 2 day booking without notifying us!
Booked 2 days in advance on agoda, checked the option for payment upon arrival,
The had canceled our booking without any contact to us because they don't accept cash train actions past 7pm,
To top it off he was pretty damn rude about it to.

Small quaint rooms, basic and simple, fairly cheap. After hours check in is totally bad! ( reception hours say 8am - 8pm) arrived 6pm, no one available, office closed. Hard to find parking.

It's just decent for its price and location. Room has started to smell but it is clean and tidy enough to feel at least some comfort. Too small for 2 persons. But shower is good.

The service is bad and cleaning is too. I had rashes sleeping on the first night there. When we arrived, it was so hard to get in touch of anyone to help open the door or provide the pass code. We had to wait for almost an hour for it to settle. Won't recommend this place. There's a way better place just across the road that's the same rate as Snooze. Don't bother with this.

The rooms are small and it is certainly 'no frills' accommodation. Our bathroom was full of mold and an unpleasant smell on arrival however the prompt for this review actually comes from the incapable staff. Incapable of what you may ask, well showing up to work! Reception was unmanned all morning with people waiting outside with lot of luggage just wanting to come into the hotel and sleep. Very unprofessional and reason enough to never return in my opinion.

For as cheap as this place is, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Each room has a shower, bathroom, mini fridge and air conditioning! That's all you need when your only using the room to sleep in. Was only a 4 minute walk from the main streets pubs, clubs and eateries which was sweet. Water pressure was better than 90% of the houses on the coast and room + sheets smelt freshly cleaned. Thanks for the cheap one! Would definitely recommend.

Super noisy between the night clubs and the construction. Had to wait to check in as reception was deserted. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower made me claustrophobic. The only good things was that it's down the street from fortitude valley train station and the Wi-Fi.

As of Jan 2018 there is a massive and very noisy construction project next to Snooze Inn. Sadly not a place to rest until that building work is done.
Note also that the room was beautifully compact and only downside apart from the noise was the mildew/mold in the bathroom as there is no ventilation other than opening the window.
Feels a bit overpriced. Would prefer to pay a few dollars extra for a hotel.
