I visited The Garden at EH, beautiful lush well looked after plants everywhere. No live music this time but still a great atmosphere. We only went for drinks, great prices. Friendly staff with a smile. Kids play area was amazing. Catering for all ages. Great visual for parents and kids. Definitely 5 stars

They are pretty great with great choices of food, great place for kids to be entertained in the indoor play area and a great atmosphere. Really love it. They also have heaps of concerts being held here. Kinda cool.
But the staff member taking the orders for food is so grumpy. I wish it was the first time, but unfortunately everytime I have been here and had to order from the bald guy at the counter he has been either rude, grumpy or both. Sometimes we decide not to attend because we don't want to see that.

Very friendly staff at reception, excellent service and very empathetic to our situation when the event we were attending was cancelled at short notice. Book directly through Eaton's Hill Hotel. Unfortunately we made the mistake of booking through booking.com which, unbeknownst to us, booked through agoda - both booking companies were utterly useless and terms of purchasing were deliberately misleading. In contrast Eatons Hill staff were very helpful and transparent.
Room and hotel was much better than expected, very comfortable bed and great facilities.

Stayed in a room with a nice king sized bed and with a cool stone bathroom. Unfortunately my partner got food poisoning from the prawns so we were stuck in the apartment.
Receptionists were very polite and helpful. The TV in the room was a pain to use, it also had the Netflix app but the interface never loaded.
It's good for a quick-stay.

Food is always really tasty, decent selection to choose from on the menu. We were able to order the food on our phones through the app which is quick and easy. Friendly service. Although it was busy the food still came out at a reasonable time. With the parmigiana recommend to get the sauce on the side that way you can pour as much as you like on it.

Worst steak meal the wife and I have had, my med rare steak came out well done. For $39 large ones, I expected a perfectly cooked rump, the wife had the eye fillet and although cooked as requested (medium), the cut of meat was chewy.
New staff were friendly but should be better supported when learning, there was so much confusion when they were trying to work out what each meal was at our table of 12.
The food was ridiculously overpriced for the quality and service!

Went to Eaton's Hill Hotel bistro for dinner, staff were fantastic. Good variety on the menu with very generous portions at reasonable pub prices. The cocktails available at the main bar were superb and at such a good price. I also had the pleasure of staying at the hotel over night in a king room which was beautiful. The bedding was soft, the room was super clean and the bathroom was gorgeous and huge. The only negative I can give is the in room provision of tea and coffee was first hard to find and then the coffee was terrible even for an instant coffee.

Went to watch a band at the hotel on a Friday night. Venue is always good to visit. One big problem though is the lack of bar staff. Lined up for over an hour to get a drink. Come on guys the punters deserve better than this.This hotel led the way with complaints during the lockdowns . How about providing better bar service
