This means from the time you contact us, I will endeavour to make myself available to you at a time most convenient for yourself (usually early evenings). At this time I listen to what you want, or are trying to achieve. By way of asking questions and/or explaining relevant practical application I try to "nail down" all the possibilities (sometimes this requires that I spent a reasonable amount of time to design the most suitable outcome).
After producing a concept plan, I will then construct the job in my mind, so as to solve any construction problems before they become a reality. This then creates the basis for my quote, as I visualise the materials and construction method to achieve the best result. Once all the quantities have been calculated and checked, I will type a descriptive tender document, and attached will be the concept drawing and recent job references.

We completely transformed our home from the top the bottom and extended with a second living space and garage. We cannot speak highly enough of Ian and the team at Rivergum Constructions. Our house now looks like a brand new home and that’s all thanks to Ian’s vision and workmanship. The most friendly, reliable and hardworking team. Ian was always there, bright and early, ready to get stuck into the days work. Miss our morning chats. Thank you for making this whole experience a really positive one. WOW!!!! Not just a group of tradesmen but an actual TEAM made up of guys of varying ages. They were professional, courteous, polite, friendly, respectful and ethical. They made me feel like part of the team with consistent updates on what was and what was going to happen when. An unforeseen issue occurred and again it was explained in layman terms for me to chose an option to proceed. They made what would is considered a major interruption to a household such a relaxing process. THANKYOU TO EACH TEAM MEMBER.

The Rivergum Constructions team (based in Nepean region) did an exceptional job renovating our family home in the Blue Mountains. They took great pride in transforming our house into a modern, bright and open plan living space.
