This company is a scam. Don’t buy covid tests from them - they take money for the product that they don’t have in stock, and then there is no chance to reach them to cancel the order and to get refund. On their website they advertise rapid covid tests being available. I’ve believed it and placed my order on the 5th January 2022. But then nothing was sent to me. Tried to reach them via phone but their system hangs up on me before anyone even picks up the phone!! Sent them email explaining my situation why i need the tests urgently and asked about status of order but haven’t received any

If I could give zero I would.
Placed an order for Australian made masks which were IN STOCK with 2-3 day dispatch worth over $200 on 12th January.
Have emailed numerous times for update and asking to cancel order and refund money. Their phone message tells you to...EMAIL.
Like most others no reponse, reply or update.
Please do not use this company.
I want my money back....will be complaining to ACCC about this company.

Placed an order 1st January, ordered from this site as it said in stock and fast shipping. Followed up my order and was told they were running behind and my order would be around 2 weeks. Followed up again 2 weeks later they said my order would be sent last week. Still hasn’t been shipped, haven’t replied to my latest emails or messenger messages and have now turned off the phone with a message directing you to email them. Hopeless service, hopeless dispatch times.

I admire this family business for the effort and commitment they have put into to assisting businesses and the general public with COVID-19 prevention products especially over the past few weeks. Doing there absolute best in the current conditions while dealing with supply issues and staff shortages.
Keep it up and look after yourselves guys.
Also have to add, I am ashamed to see some of the recent negative reviews on HiCraft about the delays with rapid antigen test kits. It's not fair that these guys should cop that in the middle of a pandemic when they are working around the clock under so
