Since 1962, Zadro Constructions has delivered projects of superior quality across all sectors of the construction industry. In that time Zadro Constructions has established three divisions, including Major Projects, Design and Development, Fitout and Refurbishment.

Zadro Constructions has established an Integrated Management Systems Zadro Construction's Quality Policy is focused on systematic management techniques, which provide a high level of confidence that the ultimate objective (customer satisfaction) will be achieved. Implementation of Zadro Construction's Quality Policy at the project level is achieved through the implementation of a project specific Project Quality Plan.

As Principal Contractor, Zadro Constructions are completely aware and understand our obligations to satisfy the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Codes of Practice. The various State Health and Safety Acts have introduced statutory duties of care for employers, employees and others.

Zadro Constructions Major Projects division is a motivated team that has a broad range of skills and experience to manage the successful delivery of large scale construction projects, including those within operational and live environments. This success is achieved through our focus on ensuring that a collaborative environment is established and that a thorough process of planning, consultation, and risk management is implemented.

Zadro Constructions Fitout and Refurbishment Division is specifically skilled, equipped and resourced to manage small refurbishments activity including services upgrades from a few thousand dollars up to multi million, refurbishments and upgrades.

This Division has for the past five decades carried out works in all sectors including Health Care, Retirement Living, Education, Commercial, Retail, Government and Authority Departments throughout NSW and the ACT, including Regional areas for many of our valued clients.Our teams are handpicked to work with the clients in nursing homes, schools and retirement villages and undergo continual training.
