I was a covid bride! My wedding was in another city and then changed last minute .. at one stage I was even able to get married .. to finally having 11 guest. Susan was so flexible and understanding with all the changes.
I gave Susan examples from Pinterest and she made my vision come true.

Have ordered quite a bit through this local florist during lockdown as I can’t see my family, not only are they putting together perfect hampers but sending out gorgeous fresh lasting flowers. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Always great service and quality. Thank you.

So disappointed. I rang and ordered a delivery for a special friends birthday today. Was assured delivery would go ahead today despite lockdown. Imagine my utter disappointment tonight when I ask my friend if she received my delivery and she said NO! A phone call, at the very least, to let me know there was an issue with delivery would have been appreciated. I am expecting a full refund as there is now no point in delivering the day after and the special surprise delivery is ruined!

Cannot thank Susan and Jayne enough for my amazing wedding flowers. The Lego people were a last minute addition as my brother and sister-in-law couldn’t make it from WA and even though I asked for this change… the day before the bouquets were due to be made it was not a problem! Highly recommended and will always use this florist.

Absolutely the best florist in Camden. New owner Susan has maintained the high standards set by former owner Sarah. The floral arrangements we've requested have been presented in the most perfect way, making all our special occasions complete.

Ordered sympathy flowers in a vase for relatives with a specific request regarding delivery which was totally ignored, presumably by the delivery person. My relatives were home but did not hear a door knock or front door bell, and were not phoned per the instruction so did not know the flowers were even there until I phoned them late that night which ruined any nice surprise. When I emailed to advise of this, and how disappointed I was, zero response which is extremely poor "customer service". I paid $115 for a very ordinary experience. Note this business does not send an email or text to advise

We used Camden florist for our wedding in February and could not be more happier with our flowers. These beautiful people helped me out so much with extra flowers for my cake when the ones we had on there were… not right. Everyone at our wedding could not stop talking about how beautiful our flowers were and the colours. Thank you so much again for our wedding flowers.

The floral arrangements are beautiful. Staff are lovely and friendly. It’s a joy to just window shop there.

You'd think after a decade of not being able to handle simple requests or special events something would have changed but they stay unable to complete basic tasks such as on-time delivery, continuing a pattern of ruining special days. My boyfriend accidentally went with this florist for my birthday present and they didn't turn up at all on the day. Go literally anywhere else in Camden or Narellan if you want to be adequately satisfied.

Sarah and the whole Camden Flourist Team are absolutley fantastic. We get flowers fortnightly to our shop and they last are beautiful and a great value. If you have a business and are tired of plastic flowers, they deliver and are a fantastic value. The next time you are in Loan Market Picton, have a look at the lovely boquet on the front desk. Trust me, they aren't as expensive as they look!
