Merci Bouquet came through for me in a bid way today. I had two arrangements ordered through another company - the orders were not filled and it left me with no gift on mothers day for my mom or my mother in law. I called Merci Bouquet and the owner was friendly, helpful , and responsive. She was able to put two arrangements together and deliver both orders for me today ( mothers day ). I can not express my gratitude.

These folks were great! I asked for a tropical/exotic display. They made the extra effort to bring in some special flowers just for my order and put together a beautiful bouquet. They got it arranged and delivered in one afternoon. Very pleasant folks to work with also....Thanks abunch!

This is by far the best florist I've ever used. I had tried a couple places in Costa Mesa and felt disappointed when the arrangement arrived, that is, until I found Merci Bouquet. Their arrangements are elegant and beautiful. I've ordered many times in the past two years and every time I am so happy with what is recidced. Most of the time the arrangements even look better than the picture that was advertised!! I could not be happier about the consistently great arrangements and service that I've received.
