A mouthguard is a personalised fitted appliance/ tray costumed made to fit your teeth and offer protection for them as well as your jaw, soft tissue and neck against sporting injuries. As sport is one tends to be one of the most common causes of dental injuries.
Because a properly fitted mouthguard when worn during sport or when necessary can help protect you from chipped teeth, jaw fractures, dental trauma that could also cause lip or gum damage.Preventing these injuries from occurring can also stop long term dental issues some patients encounter after receiving one of these injuries from not wearing a mouthguard.

Our dental practice recommends that we start seeing all children at a young age to familiarise them with the process of visiting the dentist, sometimes this may even be as simple as just placing them in the chair and allowing them to go up and down.
Eventually we aim to be able to have a look inside your child's mouth with a mirror and probe so the dentist can count all teeth and ensure all are accounted for as well as all are looking healthy and progressing along as they should.This will also instil good dental hygiene practices early on in life.

We also understand everyone has different preferences of what say see their desired end result to look like which is why we have in place different types of materials for this options such as gold crowns or tooth coloured crowns. This will also be decided due to what our dentists recommended to due to the circumstances of the tooth that is being treated.
Our dentists here will always try to save a tooth if possible but sometimes due to certain circumstances the tooth may not respond to any treatment given and continue to cause you discomfort. In this circumstance the only option is the remove the tooth to not cause any further problems for the remaining teeth and to correct any discomfort you may have.

It was an amazing experience. Initially I wasn't too impressed with the fact that there was no parking but their exceptional customer service and Dr Kiran's knowledge, skill, and professionalism sure made up for it. Plus I got a complementary pack which had lots of goodies (didn't see that coming at all).
This is my first visit and I will sure come back again and again even if I still have to pay more for parking.

Wonderful practice and staff that go over and above for their clients! My daughter broke a tooth on a Saturday so I called the practice and left a voicemail to explain the situation and the need for an appointment asap. I received a reply the very next day (Sunday) and was able to see the dentist on Monday to get the issue resolved quickly! Ange in a gem and a true asset to this business!!

I highly recommend Crotty Dental I had a very complicated tooth extraction & I was so at ease with the whole procedure. I was told what was happening & what to expect at all times. Dr Oliva, Dr Ka & Abby were fantastic & made me feel so calm through it. Angela at reception is amazing & puts you at ease as soon as you walk in I can't recommend Crotty Dental enough

I have never felt the need to review a dentist in the past but I have now been to Dr. Ka Sheng Loh a young man, who takes his times and does things with perfection. I have had a broken tooth restored my teeth cleaned and a front tooth that was broken filled, all looks and feels amazing, seriously if you care about your teeth you want to see someone who does things with perfection then this is the denitst for you. Best I have ever seen 100% thank you Dr Loh for taking your time and dong the job perfectly
