The team of locally based physiotherapists at Our Physio Central Coast strive to help you move away from pain to be happy and healthy again. We use manual techniques when required and develop individual exercise programs specific to your problem. Damien is a born and bred coastie with 15 years experience in physiotherapy on the coast.

Damien has a passion for helping people and watching his clients achieve great results and accomplishing their goals. Damien grew up with family members suffering from chronic ailments and constant pain, he knew early on he wanted to devote his time helping others move away from suffering and become happy and healthy.

What a fabulously professional service and appointment. Damien reviewed my medical reports, conducted various tests, discussed a comprehensive plan to move forward and then gave me a series of tailored exercises to help current pain and discomfort, and begin to move forward to greater health and wellbeing. I felt very positive and am looking forward to the next session.

Damien listens and is very thorough. It is nice to visit a hands on Physio, everyone now days seem to give out exercises and strap you up then move you along. I highly recommend Damien and his friendly staff
