I highly recommend Francia as your massage therapist. I had a friend at work recommend this clinic and I'm so glad I made an appointment. Fransia is friendly, she listens and asks questions as she tries to pinpoint the root of the problem. She explained in detail as to why I was experiencing pain around my knee. She gave me exercises and stretches to do at home and gave me a great massage. I walked out feeling much better.

I have seen Francias for 3 months and she is AMAZING. My review reflects on the policy of charging me $65 for missing an appointments. I have never missed any appointments and when I missed this one, the receptionist was quite rude on the phone and told me she would charge me a fee for missing the appointment, when I tried to explain that I have never missed an appointment in the past and if she could give me a warning-instead

I have been going here for about a year due to a shoulder injury. All staff are very nice and friendly. The physiotherapists are also very attentive to my requestes and the progress of my injuries. I have improved a lot due to their professional treatments. The appoint reminder notifications are well-structured as well. Nothing to complain. Only compliments for this place

I am one of those few people who hardly ever went for massages till I came to this place. Francia is extremely good at her work. She is very professional and at the same time friendly and thoughtful. I also, found the front desk Karen and others( don't know their names) very helpful and they make sure the patients have been looked after well.

I am impressed by the skill, talent and manners of my Physiotherapist Harpreet. I have been receiving treatment for my neck and back for three weeks and I improved greatly. She applies various modalities to treat my condition and I am healing and my range of motion is almost back to normal.
The receptionists are very efficient and pleasant.
Another advantage that I really appreciate is direct billing to my insurance.

I have been going to this clinic for almost a year and a half now. The staff in the front are so friendly and very caring and even the therapist Cindy and Jen the Kinesiology are excellent and experienced with what they do and am really very happy that I come to this clinic for my sessions. They really make you feel relaxed after each session and show you the exercises that you need to do when you go home.

I have been going to this Clinic from last 8 months. The front desk staff is really nice and friendly. I have been attending physiotherapy, massage and Kinesiology sessions over there.All professionals are highly skilled and trained in their own professions.
I would like to share my experience with Jen, she is such a great person. She is very Knowledgeable, highly skilled and trained. She always make effort to know more about her patients, she is kinda funny too. She always make each sessions more interesting. I would highly recommend her for Kinesiology.
