Best Hollidays! Beautiful view, spacious apartment, fantastic location. And most importantly a special mention to Michelle who made us feel important as guests and nothing was an issue.Looking forward to our next holiday :) Joe Z

We had a 3 bedroom apartment, very spacious, all the amenities you need and close to beaches, restaurants and shopping centres.

Very spacious well appointed three bedroom apartment in a fabulous location. No Reception staff for our Sunday check in, but we were able to get our key.

Accomodation was excellent , clean upon arrival ,and cleaned during our stay , the reception staff are lovely and a pleasure to speak to ,nothing’s a problem .
Surrounded by lovely restaurants and cafes ,and bars ,, definitely not surfers , but that’s why we booked Broadbeach
Pool is heated ,and although it does get in the shade later in the Afternoon , it’s a lovely pool and family friendly , a seperate large spa on the pool , nice and hot , there is a sauna and steam room and gym , 10/10 look forward to coming back with friends

PUBLIC HEALTH WARNING -
Dirty dishes on arrival, mould on the bottom of bedroom Curtains, stained bedding, unclean everywhere then on top of that there is potential fall hazard for kids with outdoor furniture next to the balcony.
Non responsive and rude whilst there.
Great location so find somewhere else in Broadbeach

Lovely building, spacious apartments, nice view. Bad part is it is very noisy, no double glazed windows. The noise from the pool, spa, and street reverberates right up the entire building. Every little sound is amplified. This place is not right on the beach but has a nice ocean view. It is in the heart of the action in Broadbeach. You can hear bands playing and people out partying till the wee hours. But if you want action it is fine. if you want quiet though it is not suitable. Building is nice and clean and modern. Air cond in second bedroom was not working, which was quite a letdown. Very close

Really disappointed with our recent stay left this morning I stayed at your resort for 2 nights with my 5 grandchildren and my daughter . On retiring for the night on Friday night my daughter reached for a spare blanket only to find it was very heavily stained with vomit. On the Saturday morning 9am I advised Michelle on reception who gave me a clean blanket and I was told the dirty blanket would be collected immediately I phoned again at 11.30 and again told to put the blanket outside our unit but still there this morning when we left. Also the main bedroom blinds had a whole panel missing and

Apartment is big but very outdated. Fully carpeted that has bony been professionally cleaned and stinks of urine. Bed is so hard with no springs that sleeping on the grass would be more comfortable. Won’t be staying here again. Be cautious when booking here to ask about the rooms. Not worth the money at all

Recently stayed here with my family. The location of the building is amazing. Very central to a large amount of food and shopping places. But the location honestly is where my praise stops. Lorna from reception was belittling and rude. My room was run down and I clean upon checking in. The PowerPoints in the room (1404) were nearly all faulty to the point they nearly electrocuted me. Fixtures in the apartment were broken. My one year old daughter was injured by the elevator, the doors closed with such force on her head that massive swelling occurred.
