Management: Melissa is a great manager. There was a lot of uncertainty due to COVID, but Melissa offered all support required for a stress-free holiday. She is very good at providing timely responses, even on public holidays.
Property: Everything is so close. You name it, and it is there public transportation, shopping centre, beach, restaurants.
Accommodation: The place was clean and comfortable. It has all the amenities required to be called home.
There is no doubt that I will love to visit the place again.

This is an overpriced rental probably not suitable to be listed on hotel booking sites. Very dusty even though gets cleaned. Cups glasses chiped. Owners friendly but not approciable. Pool although ok to use is not heated. Demand upfront money scared people will leave. Furniture is great but dusty with alergines. One star for location the other for furnishing. Climate control is on a time like most eastern European accommodation, Save power sleep in discomfort. An aging place, opposite the exhibition building so at light be prepared to have your room lit up from led signage lights etc. Some silly

We have just returned from a fantastic stay here. Our apartment was super clean, well-equipped and bigger than we expected. Great location just a quick walk to the beach, shops, playground and bus stop with buses to theme parks. Staff are just lovely - so friendly and welcoming that it feels like home. We would absolutely recommend this place, and hope to return.
