For the price we paid per night, the accomodation was poor. The tv didn't work we could only get sound and no picture. Both showers didnt work properly. The range hood was broken and the ceiling fan knobs were broken. We didnt recieve our welcome basket of mini toiletries or tea, coffee, sugar, washing detergent or washing powder that said would be provided. The quilt covers were stained and gross and all the rooms were pretty grubby and weren't clean. We were there 4 days and not once did the room get cleaned or the towels, toilet paper etc be replaced. Although the facility's outside were great and well maintained, and the quite location. And yes awesome views of lights the major let down is nothing inside the unit is nice except the amount of room to move. When you find lolly wrapers, used bandaids, hair left in bathrooms from previous tenants makes this very unpleasant for the money we paid. I have stayed here before and it was quite a pleasant stay. But you guys really need to change cleaners, replace floor coverings, actually wipe dirty marks, dust and spills off of furniture replace the old beds and dirty bedding. Was not pleasant at all

This is the worst resort we've ever been too. The lady manager kept backstabbing the other guests. Everything inside the apartment was falling apart, the pool felt like a hot bath. It was a horrible experience, the male manager was lovely which was the only good perj. I would never stay there again but each to his own.
