A former professional ballerina and performer, Dani found herself struggling with heightened stress levels as the result of a marriage break-up, raising three young children and working in a pressurised corporate job. I have learned to change my reaction instead of trying to change others. Yoga has given me a foundation of strength of mind, body and spirit.

From beginners' yoga through to experienced yoga students, our studios at Mt Martha (Mornington Peninsula) has yoga classes for everyone. Classes are led by compassionate teachers who are there to help you meet your challenges both on and off the mat including beginner's hatha yoga, general hatha yoga, restorative/gentle Yoga, vinyasa yoga, corporate yoga, family yoga and Yoga 4 Health.
The great thing about our zoom classes is you don't need to miss our classes if you are away on holidays, or cannot make it into studio for whatever reason. I am loving Dani's online yoga classes. I miss being in Angel Yoga's beautiful studio, but it has been wonderful being able to continue my practice in my favourite part of my house, and to feel included with Dani's other students on screen as we all self isolate.
A space to reconnect with your breathe. This class links postures in simple flowing sequences progressing at a slow pace. The focus is on yoga basics, alignment and technique. Developing strength, flexibility and balance. A nurturing class for the body and mind. Incorporating pranyama (breathe techniques), asana (postures) and relaxation (mindfulness).

I attend the Tuesday evening class & Dani takes you through all the poses during the class with great care and communicates what all the poses are meant to help with your body. It’s very relaxing too. Every time I leave class I feel like a million bucks and I can’t wait to attend my next class.
