Laurie Kelly began servicing the Belmont City and it surrounds way back in 1969 as a lone sales rep for General Agency based out of Victoria Park. Back then the Belmont Forum was nothing but a dairy farm and the Belmont Tavern was an old wood yard. I had very bad experience, they are very unprofessional and I feel not respected. Just recently I bought a house from them, from the day I made the offer, they became unresponsive and didn’t keep their promises.
On the final check of the house just before settled, they promised to change a new light bulb for me as one of it was burned out. Then the result was nothing had been done on the day they handed me the keys. Yes, I can fix this little thing by myself, but when promise is a promise they should keep it, otherwise it becomes fraud. And I only got one garage remote which supposed to be two

Petra has been looking after my property with the utmost professionalism. Petra is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, we have had some minor issues with the property and Petra has kept me up to date with regular emails and advice on certain matters. I have had great pleasure dealing with Devon Kelly many years ago so I decided to use this agency again in 2019 to sell my parents home in Cloverdale but this time my agent was Kim Finlay and will not recommend him to anyone. I should of seen the warnings from the beginning but as I was in a very very vulnerable situation, I trusted him which he kept reiterating for me to do. Firstly contracts signed in a beer garden at a pub. Then I paid a decent amount of money for everything that went along with it advertising etc. He did not listen to what I wanted. He didn't recommend a three month listing
