Craig Goodridge is a really down-to-earth person which makes him ideal as a real estate agent because he relates so well to everyone. He builds good relationships. He really put in the extra effort to obtain a better offer on my property. He was positive that we could achieve a good result. From the start Karen was pretty much on the money in terms of time frames and other expectations. She wasn't pushy or smug etc like other real estate agents I have encountered. The reason we went with Karen is because we thought she is someone who people would like to buy a house off with her calm and respectful demeanour. I think we were correct. She was always in touch with us as to what was happening during the process but only when necessary which was great. Our tenant in the house also found Karen very respectful and easy to deal with when it came time for inspections and open homes etc.

Being from the country buying a property in the city is a daunting prospect to say the least.
But from the moment we called Chantal she put our minds at ease. She is not only amazing but is kind, considerate and a wealth of knowledge! She was always happy to answer questions ( which I had many) and nothing was ever a problem.
