Bikram Hot Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to develop flexibility, strength, rejuvenate and invigorate your body, mind and soul. A Vinyasa yoga practice connects individual poses or "asanas" with deep breaths or "pranayama" in a series of flowing sequences of movement.
Designed to progressively open the body, each sequence in a Vinyasa yoga class builds upon the previous, evolving into deeper, more advanced postures as the practice unfolds. The entire practice culminates with a deep sense of mindfulness, self-connection and ease. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to develop flexibility, strength, rejuvenate and invigorate your body, mind and soul.

Give it a go, if it feels like you can't touch your toes and wish you had the flexibility when you were 20 years younger, then Bikram yoga could be just the elixir for you. The hot room is guaranteed to get your muscles stretching even further and exude sweat from sweat glands you never thought you had. Your first time will be a memorable experience.

The staff are friendly when you join. When I tried to cancel, they failed to cancel the direct debit. Ok we all make mistakes but trying to get a refund is very stressful with constant emails and follow ups with only blunt, short replies. I was told to “sit tight” yet it’s their mistake. Eventually I managed to get one month refunded but not the rest. I will update this review if things progress. My advice - check out other hot yoga alternatives. It’s not worth the stress when you cancel. I’m very disappointed with the entire experience.

Every class I do here feels like the ultimate reset of my body and mind. Anything unnessary or undesirable in my life is either actually or metophoracally flushed out in a rinse of sweat.
Bikram is as challenging as you want it to be. Balance - Effort and Relaxation.Take care of yourself drink a truckload of water before hand, get there early and get used to the room. Smile if you get overwhelmed, dance in your edges!

I have been with this studio for more than 2 years. Bikram yoga helps you burn calories and the increased blood flow to the skin makes us look more radiant and possibly younger. The prices are reasonable and there are good offers from time to time, especially before Christmas. Regulars also receive gifts from the generous owners. Lockers are free to use whereas some studios either have no lockers or charge user a fee to use a locker. The studio is open only before scheduled classes but the owner is easily contacted by Facebook or phone. If your new year's resolution is lose weight, look no further

I've been going here since 2012! I find Bikram challenging and very good for limbering up my body after hours of sitting at work. Also a surprisingly good (and low impact) cardio workout. Despite the intensity, it's meditative too (a great break if your work/family life is chaotic!). The instructors are very experienced and give little tips and tweaks to help you maximise your progress. I recently started doing the IHP classes here as well, which has made a big difference to my core, hip and glute strength. I can highly recommend the studio to anyone who wants to improve their body and mind, and
