One Hot Yoga
In these sublime spaces, we teach the most effective methods we have ever learnt to help you make the most of this one precious life - Yoga and Pilates. These are lifelong practices that challenge you and change you. We are eagerly awaiting confirmation of the opening date for both studios, which should be in the next few weeks.

We gather on Country on which members and Elders of the local Indigenous communities and their forebears have been custodians for many centuries, and on which Aboriginal people have performed age-old ceremonies of celebration, initiation and renewal. We acknowledge their living culture and their unique role in the life of the region.
Services
Life is made up of our everyday routine - every choice you make is a vote for the sort of person you would like to be. It is what you do regularly that builds your body, mind and ultimately, your life. One exists to help you elevate the everyday, to move from a routine to a ritual that connects you what is most essential and meaningful within yourself.
Yoga and Pilates work: they build and integrate the suppleness and strength of body and mind that allows you to take on the inevitable challenges of life fearlessly, because you trust in your own abilities to cope. One is where we teach the most important things we have ever learned. However, it is not an inoculation.
With high demand for classes, we highly recommend booking in advance, up to two weeks. With this in mind, please note the following booking procedures to reserve your spot and avoid disappointment. Bookings are open 14 days in advance for all classes, and can be made via the website, the One Hot App, or the Mindbody Online App.
The ultimate goal of Yoga is Moksha, liberation and at One we seek to provide the students with a space and practice that takes them away from the street and towards liberation of their body and mind through strength, balance and meaningful movement. One Hot Yoga takes your practice to another level.
When practiced with consistency, our Hot Mat and Reformer Pilates will improve your overall wellbeing and body awareness. With a focus on building strength, improving flexibility and developing control and endurance, our teachers also place attention on breathing, balance, alignment and coordination.

I am probably one of the most pickiest persons when comes to gyms, studios and training facilities. I have been working out since I was 5 years old being an ex athlete training with the best and at the best places. This yoga studio may be small but it is definitely mighty with the knowledge, training and overall professionalism they provide. It has definitely changed my life in a very positive way. Every class is unique and soooo rewarding. I am someone who has had bad posture pretty much all my life due to being a competitive swimmer etc and I have bad disc and one was tearing so the doc recommended

I’m now 4 classes in, and I’m hooked! I’ve been doing yoga classes at a gym for the past 7 months, which has been super helpful to prepare me for the higher intensity workouts that I have gotten here.
So far, I’ve taken the 1 hour hot yoga class and the 45 min fast yoga (“buti” yoga) class twice each. I’m a bit scared to try the 90 minute hot yoga class! 60 minutes is plenty for me. Drenched in sweat and heart racing in both classes so far! I still have a long way to go, but the high heat definitely helps you hit a deeper stretch. My gym yoga class feels easier now! Slower pace is

Wow, just WOW! I seriously love this studio. I love the teachers so much - each and every one is an incredible facilitator and teacher - great no matter what level you are at. The classes are amazing. I honestly cannot pick a favorite because they are all fantastic in their own way. There truly is something for everyone here. I had never done yoga or Pilates prior to ONE Hot Yoga but I am hooked! I cannot say enough great things!

I have been practicing hot yoga for over ten years now. I love the One Hot Yoga Ocala studio. It's a terrific place with excellent teachers. And equally important, it's a friendly welcoming place and a very close, kind community. Hot yoga is very, very healing! The other thing I like is that there are people of all ages, abilities and shapes. Nobody judges.

I absolutely love this place! The instructions are wonderful, knowledgeable & fun to practice with. I’m a snowbird & come to this area in February when my husband does the Santos Endurance 6-12 Hour Race.
I wish I lived in the area. One can only dream.

Utterly rude company ! Locking a new customer out arriving within 5 mins of the start time and ready to slip in the back of class ! Already paid mind you. They have 2 separate entrances, and went to the wrong one first, which I got to on time! No warnings on your website in big print to your mean practice. Nor any signs in your foyer and your door unlocked, but you lock people out! Does it get any ruder!!!!!! What a disgrace of a company!!! Hate to think how much business you've lost with your inflexible, arrogant unhelpful attitude. You ought to be ashamed of yourself! Never will I go there

I took this class originally for lower back pain, but it's done far more than help my back. It's alleviated pain, made my body stronger and more flexible, but more than anything it's helped me slow down, quiet my mind, and hear my inner voice. Whatever your reason for taking the class, it will help you become a better version of yourself!

I’m biased, of course, but this place is fantastic. The energy and the ambiance that Amanda creates is just beautiful. It is so nice to see how genuinely excited that she is when she goes to work. She will literally wake up 3 times the night before the mornings that she is teaching yoga because she is so excited to teach. If you are looking to have a great workout, feel great, and do something that is uplifting, this is the yoga studio for you!

Went twice on drop in classes last weekend (power flow 27 and advanced workshop).
I live in Sydney and used to going to yoga at least 4 times a week
The studio is quite nice and clean.

It was not the best classes i have been to, but both had something a little différent to what i am used to which i found interesting:
- we used a tennis ball to massage our foot for a good 5 min
- the workshop class gave the opportunity to try a lot of différent postures with great advice an one on one coaching

I can't give a studio a good review when the staff are so unfriendly, terrible first impression. There are so many great studios in Melbourne that I'd recommend over this one.

I really do love it here. The studio is sleek and clean with heated polished concrete (Studio 1) to keep you warm while you sweat it up.

There are 2 hot yoga studios (studio 2 located outside the main location) as well as hot pilates coming this week (again will be a seperate studio).

The teachers are welcoming and always provide alternatives to poses, useful if you just can't get that bind right or you want to take your practice to the next level.

Being an hour means you get a decent cardio workout, without it become too overwhelming or boring (like I found with Bikram).

Great yoga classes in beautiful rooms but slightly on the x-y side. The rooms are also very large rooms and there are big classes so I probably wouldn't recommend for a beginner as it is SO important to get moves right from the start otherwise you will hurt yourself. Yoga can be dangerous. Seriously (you laugh now...).

If you are medium or advanced in your yoga practice definitely check this place out. The teachers are great and the classes are always different unlike bikram which is always the same sequences. As it is hot, you are a little bit more flexible than usual and that is a feel

Tucked away on River St, One Hot Yoga seems to be one of the more popular studios south side.

Taking advantage of the $20 unlimited 2 week offer. I have been to two classes this week. The studio is just like in the pictures, clean, modern and fresh. However I found for my first two times to the studio, that the staff weren't very helpful in explaining the studio. Having to line up several times to ask questions, as they didn't tell me the info straight off. Studio 2 is also down the road, 2 doors down, supposedly you can't miss - which I did.

While I loved the studio and the

Heated Yoga Studio. Amazing venue to get your Om on.

I love the renovated warehouse look, with tall ceilings and clean white lines in the bathroom. Loved the polished concrete as well.

The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the reverb in the actual room. I couldn't hear my teacher's voice, especially combined with the louder-than-normal music in the background.

Well worth checking out if you like to sweat, but prefer slow Vinyasa Flow compared to Bikram.

I enjoy getting my sweat on after work which is conveniently close by. Place is brand new, so everything is swish and the studio has a luxe yuppy appeal. Teachers so far seem pretty great and different enough to keep the classes from become repetitive.
