My name is Jasmine and I am a qualified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher who specialises in supporting people's health and wellbeing by using the tools, practices and philosophy of yoga. Private Yoga Therapy Sessions - work with me over a course of sessions to personalise a set of yoga practices, tools and philosophy that will aid in improving your health and wellbeing.

Services
As you will see from my menu bar, I offer a lot of support in perinatal care, working with women to prepare for childbirth, heal from childbirth and to manage the transition into motherhood on a physical and emotional level. I don't just work with new and expectant mothers though.
I work with clients from all different types of backgrounds and managing all different types of health conditions; including cancer, chronic pain conditions, auto-immune issues, digestive issues, arthritis, back and pelvis issues, anxiety, depression and sleep issues.

Jaz is an intuitive Yoga Therapist who set me at complete ease with her gentle approach. Jaz taught me techniques that have become an essential part of my daily life, even when I am not practising yoga. With Jaz's support, I was able to stop medication and begin healing. Yoga Therapy is an approved practice that NDIS funding can be used for; meaning the costs of your Yoga Therapy sessions may be covered by your plan.
Are you new to or returning to yoga? Or maybe you've been coming to classes for a while but are still a little unsure of how to approach certain key poses and are still trying to work out this whole breath-body-movement piece! This course brings a perspective of how yoga can be used not only for keeping fit and active but also to improve and maintain our general health and wellbeing.
I wholeheartedly believe that the time I spent connecting with my body and with my baby during the classes with Jaz allowed me to have a beautiful birthing experience. Being pregnant herself, Jasmine provided me and my body with the guidance needed to practice safely and in accordance with my body's changing needs at each trimester.
Most recently I attended Jasmine's pre-natal classes and courses for yoga and birth education. I felt empowered with tools and resources for my vision of a positive birth (I ended up having a natural, intervention-free birth and I used some of the tools I learned in her birth education course). I have always felt safe in Jasmine's yoga classes and feel like I always have space to explore my own unique connection with yoga in her presence. Most recently I attended Jasmine's pre-natal classes for yoga and birth education. I felt empowered with tools and resources for my vision of a positive birth (I ended up having a natural, drug-free birth and I used some of the tools I learned in her birth education class). I had a lovely day at Jaz’s Yoga Foundations course! I actually feel like I can start my home practice now and I’ve finally tackled downward dog 😂 I love the way she teaches yoga and how she understands that every body is different!! Jaz is so kind and I left feeling very informed and calm!! Thank you so much Jaz, I hope to come to one of your classes soon, may even need a trip up the Sunshine Coast ❤️
