Services
A holistic approach to science based training that is outcome focused for long term benefits. O2 Studio is the product of education and the demand for quality training and care. We know that sometimes there is a bit of disparity between what we want and what we need. This is a certainty when it comes to exercise and fitness!.
Our 1 on 1 training programs will always begin with a full postural analysis where we will have the opportunity to evaluate your body positioning and ranges of motion. This is to help us determine and locate your strengths and weaknesses so that we can formulate the best course of action for your progressive training routine.
O2 studio are service and results based whether we are working with one client at a time, or training 20 at a time! We want to offer you a chance to learn and grow from every experience you have with us, so we make sure that we are always available and interactive with our clients even in a class setting.
At O2 Studio we recognise the importance of exercise for children and its many benefits in areas such as improved metabolic processes, movements of joints and muscles, oxygen delivery throughout the body, strength and endurance, motor skills, sleeping patterns, weight control, body fat, stress and anxiety, concentration, self-esteem, confidence and sense of well-being.
Pilates focuses predominantly on anatomical and physical function, with all exercises initiating from the core, deep abdominal muscles - known as the powerhouse. When utilized together with the breath, the body is able to work at its best- optimizing length, strength, and functionality. Is Pilates for me?

They've not only mastered putting together fitness techniques & programs, but also possess exemplary skills in building mental strength, mindfulness & positivity.
