I am passionate Naturopath and Yoga consultant, provides compassionate care and gentle approach to individual's health wherever they are in their journey by finding root cause of illness and this is evident by principle that we are all unique individual and belief in nature's healing power and my philosophy is to embrace the best natural medicine for individual through varied modalities.
Primary cause of all diseases is the violation of Nature's law, i.e, breaking the rules in diet, exercise, drinking water, relaxation or sleep. In-depth 90minute consultation to know about your health. During consultation practitioner will ask question about current health problem, past health, family history, sleep pattern, digestion process, stress level, energy level, about diet and lifestyle.
Iridology is the art and science of analysing and observing the colour and structure of the iris to determine tissue integrity throughout the body, thereby gaining valuable health information regarding strengths and weaknesses. During consultation Naturopath will study the iris, particularly the colour, markings, changes and other aspects, as they are associated with tissue degeneration.
SIBO is a condition where excessive bacterial growth occurs in the small intestine. SIBO vary in presentation, from being only mildly symptomatic to suffering from chronic diarrhoea, weight loss, malabsorption, constipation, abdominal cramping, bloating, reflux, joint pain and skin rashes. In presence of SIBO, Certain vitamins and minerals may not be properly absorbed and may lead to vitamin and mineral deficiency.
Group classes, individual classes, yoga therapy classes are designed in a way that an individual focus on the body, mind, emotion and energy and creating healthier and more balanced versions of oneself. Our programs are unique in that we are an intimate studio of expert Yoga teacher-Shruti Nagendra who work with clients in customising their health goals.

A big shout out to Shruti Nagendra for being such a fantastic Naturopath as well a Yoga instructor. She is extremely highly recommended for her treatment which has made such a difference in my health. She puts in so much of positive energy and ensures that she continues to support whenever her help is needed. Started to practise yoga with Sruthi. On her guidance, adopted it as routine intervention, with naturopathy medicines, to improve quality of life and muscle functions. She customized few pose to suit my need and also encouraged me to stick to the routine style. In addition to this, she also made me to follow and perform, systematic meditation and relaxation technique with breathing, to reduce strain. Positive changes were observed.
