Nikii is qualified in Yoga that is a mixture of Ashtanga and Iyengar styles for beginners to intermediate students. Trained by Nicky Knoff in Cairns, this style of yoga builds strength of body and mind. Wellness relaxation at the end of classes utilises elements of sound healing techniques. Our meditation classes cater for beginners and basic techniques, to meditation incorporating mindfulness and personal development.

A soul focused therapy session with Nikii assists a client to open to a higher state of consciousness, and come to their own realisations and their own healing with benefits to wellness of body, mind and soul. Opportunities for greater levels of wellness, happiness, peace and fulfilment are found and explored.

Relaxation at the end of classes utilises elements of sound healing techniques. Nikii has been running mindfulness Meditation sessions every Thursday night since 2017.
Nikii is a yoga, meditation, Qigong teacher and a Wellbeing Coach. She is trained in Ashtanga Yoga by Nicky Knoff in Cairns. Nikii is currently a Qigong Master has been maintaining and embracing a daily practise of meditation and Qigong for over 12 years. She is also trained as a Psychotherapist and assists others towards Soul Focused Therapy.
You name it, I have tried it! Nothing helped me long term and I was ready to give up, but then I found Nikii. Since starting therapy with Nikii, positive changes have occurred in my life and my emotional state and self defeating behaviours have reduced. I have taken fewer sick days, stopped taking medication and my life satisfaction has increased.
Utilising the depth of experience that Nikii has accumulated over 12 years of daily meditation, Qi Gong practise and deep inner spiritual work, Nikii designs a 'Wellness Program' in collaboration with the client, tailored specifically to the individual. Nikii provides the client with activities/exercises and practises which are designed to bring the client back into a state of wellness.
Qigong is an ancient practice utilised by the Chinese for over 5,000 years. It combines meditative practices and a system or series of physical movements and is the basic exercise system within Chinese Medicine. Qigong exercises are designed to help you preserve your Jing energy (deep foundational reserves in the body) and to strengthen the balance and flow of Qi (chi) the chinese term for life energy.
