If you are new to SunYoga and would like to try a class, please contact Lisa via email or mobile. I teach general Hatha yoga classes for adults in Footscray, Albion (Sunshine). And since moving all classes online in 2020- I have decided to keep Thursday morning class online via Zoom. All SunYoga classes are taught by a long time lover of yoga and fully qualified, Yoga Australia registered yoga teacher, Lisa Worley.

I believe yoga nourishes us to our core, bringing balance and and integration to all levels of our being- physically, mentally, emontionally and spiritually. In my classes I like to teach a variety of gentle and slow paced, heart centred, breath focussed practices, developing a deep meditative focus and creating connection to our self- and a great 'work in' rather than work out!

Yoga nourishes us to our core, bringing balance and integration to all levels of our being - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
At SunYoga I teach gentle, simple, Hatha style yoga classes that are suitable for all, including beginners. Everyone is welcome to come along and try a class. A typical SunYoga class begins on the floor, connecting deeply with breath and body, gently warming and mobilising the spine and major joints.
You are welcome to bring your own mat, but both spaces have yoga equipment for your use. So, there is no need to bring anything, except your willingness to participate and have a go!. As a new SunYoga customer you are eligible for our once only, First Class FREE offer. After your first class there are great value term rates available as well as casual drop-in rates.
Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are. A retreat is a wonderful opportunity to step away from your usual habits and commitments and renew your relationship with YOU. This stepping away and surrendering yourself into the nourishing rhythm of a retreat gives you space to focus, listen, reflect and re-establish your path and purpose.
My experience from Lisa's yoga classes has allowed me to connect to, and develop a richness in my yoga practice of self inquiry, stillness and spaciousness, cultivated from her slow, mindful, breath centred practices and pranayama. SunYoga is the best pain management I've found; when I do regular yoga I can move again, I feel better.
