Pivotal Health and Fitness was established in 2005, operating out of a local gym. In 2010 Pivotal Health and Fitness shifted it's focus to studio personal training and has since been located on Poath Road in Hughesdale.

Studio personal training has given Pivotal Health and Fitness the freedom to move away from the treadmills of a traditional gym and specialise in progressive training movements that promote the freedom of movement and the longevity of your body.We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with our clients, and for many of them, training at Pivotal has become a family affair.
One on One Personal Training at Pivotal is where you get the most focused, client centred service. From the moment you arrive for your initial meet with a trainer, we do our utmost to make sure that we lead you in the direction that you want and need to go in. One on One Training is all about YOU. Sessions can be varied on the spot to allow for whatever condition you may be in on any given day.
Do you like to move freely with your exercise? Would you rather play some games and and have some fun as you move? Then you're a progressive mover. At Pivotal you can take you shoes off and get moving on our grassed area with anything from balloons and bodyweight movement to Loaded Movement Training with ViPR and Sandbells.
One on One Personal Training at Pivotal is where you get the most focussed, client centred service. From the moment you arrive for your initial meet with a trainer, we do our utmost to make sure that we lead you in the direction that you want and need to go in. One on One Training is all about YOU.
Do you have a few friends or family members who want to get together for a session? We can work with you. Groups can be up to six people. It can be a fun and cost effective way to achieve targeted training where you may even discover your competitive streak. Enjoy the additional support of a friend or partner by utilising a doubles training session.

Andrew is the best trainer I’ve ever had. He’s far more intelligent and has a holistic focus which encourages overall freedom of movement. Andrew had me doing better push ups and chin ups than with any other trainer. He also ironed out a heap of my joint issues. A trainer for the thinking person.

Excellent trainers with an emphasis on proper technique and whole body movement. Excellent knowledge of anatomy and muscle physiology, which is rare in previous trainers I've used. Would highly recommend, especially for those interested in whole body health.
