We stayed in the Boathouse apartment for a weekend and it was such a pleasure to be there. The apartment was super clean with fresh white sheets, towels and comfy beds. It was very nicely presented with everything you could need. An easy breezy mini-break! We love the quiet location of this apartment too. Thanks for having us!

Lovely place to stay with a group friends to celebrate a wedding anniversary, very modern, clean & comfortable house with plenty of space for 4 couples. Winter weather, didn’t stop us having a great time, we ordered in Pizza, and enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the Kiosk, only steps away. We would very happily stay at Coal and Candle cottage anytime!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at the Cottage with 3 other couples and had a fantastic time......the Cottage lay out is ideal for a group with the 4 bedrooms and a large lounge/dining room. We had food delivered from Cavallino’s in Terrey Hills for dinner and ate at the Kiosk for lunch and breakfast......great views and very peaceful.

Beach stays were fantastic!!!
Managed to move in and help us out with very short notice. House was very clean and communication was quick and easy. Karen is lovely and attentive.
We stayed 10 nights in Hale Kai at Warriewood Beach. We had a great time and especially loved the amazing view, big in ground trampoline and heated pool. Thank you!

Just had a terrific couple of days at Coal and Candle Cottage, Cottage Point. Cottage has everything you need and is spacious, well designed, great BBQ deck and seriously comfy beds! Located next to a terrific cafe for delicious meals and boat and kayak hire and with access to a swimming pool. We were six adults, but sleeps 10. Karen and Jason were extremely efficient and made the whole process easy. Will book again.

Would give it 6 stars if the option was available. Totally recommend. Great self contained apartment. It was private and quiet and beautifully appointed. We didn't leave Palm Beach as the beaches, cafes and restaurants were so close with lots of options. We even managed a round of golf. We will definitely return.

On every occasion I have stayed at the Iluka Resort , I have been welcomed with the friendly and excellent service provided by Karen and Jason, which they provide with a natural ease. The apartments are constantly maintained , clean and fresh always with a homely charm and warmth, in each guest house. I highly recommend you stay here, for your getaway.
