To all the landlords: Check the "Residential Tenancy Agreement" that 'Luke Bardsley' has provided for your own sake. Ensure that you have the correct Tenant's contact details filled out properly is NOT just blank space..

Green Square Apartments is the most professional agent I've used for the past few years. I've let two of the other agents manage my properties before but none of them is as good as this one. My first property was leased within 3 days after settlement. My second was leased within one week.
