Services
We use the 60-minute consultation to ensure you feel informed, understood, and confident that you will get the support and guidance you want to help improve your health. During the session you will be given the opportunity to be proactive the treatment process completes any relevant posture and mobility Screening and full injury screening if needed.

Joe is such a champion - pure professional but made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. Great mix of pushing me through pain but also going easy when I need it. Got right to the heart of my issue. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Joe is one of the best personal trainers I have trained with. He is professional and extremely dedicated. He sets very customised health programs but he also makes sure that every session has positive and happy outcomes. He is a very respectful person, which is rare with other PTs I've worked with. For example, he will challenge the physical ability but never impose a workout you don't want to do, in my case it's the treadmill. He also has a strong focus on mental health which is again very rare with other PTs. Joe will definitely take the time to listen and if the workout of the day needs to be
