We have two convenient locations for our gyms: one in Waitara near Hornsby, Sydney and the other at Charmhaven next to Lakehaven, Central Coast. Whether training solo or partnered with a Personal Trainer, you will have the ultimate personalised fitness experience in a friendly and professional atmosphere with state of the art equipment.
Industry studies show that 80% of people who start an exercise program for the first time drop out in the first 6-8 weeks. The reason is they don't receive the level of support and education required to effectively achieve long term results but more importantly they fail to change their thought processes towards a healthy lifestyle.
I have had a passion for sport and fitness my whole life - it's in my blood. In my youth I was a state athlete (100m, 200m, 400m, long jump & triple jump). I firmly believe that athletics is a great foundation for any athlete. Netball has always been my greatest passion and has been a large part of my life since I was 8yrs old.
All classes are held in our dedicated rooms: Group Fitness Room, Cycle Studio and Functional Training Zone. After many years of providing programs for members we have identified that starting and working weekly with your own personal trainer through the initial weeks of your program achieves the best results.
