Services
Established in 2009, CrossFit Feel Good is a strength and conditioning facility in the northern Sydney suburb of Asquith. Our focus is to ensure quality coaching in a safe environment, providing the tools you need to improve your health and fitness. We are a family-friendly gym and encourage parents to bring their kids along.
The universal scalability and flexibility of CrossFit allows us to have complete beginners and more experienced athletes working the same, although modified versions of a workout. Each workout we program can be scaled specifically to meet the needs of each member in the class. While weightlifting is a fundamental component and essential for developing strength and power, it is by no means a pre-requisite for starting CrossFit.
Our CrossFit Feel Good gym classes are aimed to improve your overall fitness level. To do this we focus on functional movements which are implemented in high intensity workouts. Every workout can be scaled and adjusted for all levels of ability and fitness. This class is designed for those who wish to improve strength and skills that are specific to the snatch and clean & jerk.
At CrossFit Feel Good we run a 12 week nutrition challenge to assist members with reaching their goals. The challenge provides a nutritional framework which is personalised for each participant, whether the individual's goal is fat loss, muscle gain or workout performance. Entrants receive a personal nutrition plan, 2 full body scans (beginning and end of the challenge) and prizes for the winners of each category.
I started training at CrossFit Feel Good in August of 2014 and it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. About 12 months ago I started a new chapter in my life and made the decision to start losing weight and be more active, but after a few months of running I wanted more. This led me to CrossFit Feel Good and now I'm addicted.

I am a middle aged woman who has been to a lot of different gyms between two countries and CrossFit Feel Good gym is by far my favourite. Love the people, the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the skill level of coaches and the fact that I do get stronger and fitter. A lot of people feel that CrossFit is only for younger, fitter people but it’s not and the coaches are so good at adapting to your skill level and pre existing injuries.

I've been going to CrossFit Fell Good for 2 years already. Since then I have significantly improved my general health and fitness level. In my forties I feel much stronger than in my twenties. Ben is a great coach. He designs programs that are both safe and challenging. And all workouts can be scaled for any fitness level. Highly recommend!

Bens coaching is some of the best coaching I have ever received in my sporting life. The immense progression and development I have achieved is unfounded! I am lifting weights with form and load higher than I ever though possible, all whilst becoming leaner and stronger in the process. The community here makes this place feel like a sanctuary in the chaos of daily life. Crossfit Feel Good lives up to it's name!

I have been going to the CrossFit Feel Good gym on a casual basis for the past 18 months, and what keeps me coming back is the professionalism of the gym owner Ben Wadwell. The daily work outs are scaled to meet your individual ability and experience, with an experienced trainer on hand to correct your technique and make sure that you are working towards achieving your fitness goals. I would highly recommend taking advantage of a trial class so see if CrossFit Feel Good is right for you.

I have trained at CrossFit Feel Good for over 10 years. I was unfit and very overweight when I started. Since then I have trained through pregnancy and injury, confident in the knowledge that Ben and his coaching staff would be able to adjust any workouts or movements to cater to my needs.

I was lucky to find CrossFit FeelGood two years ago coming back into exercise after having my second baby. Got so much stronger and fitter under the guidance of Ben & the coaching team, and worked out all through my third pregnancy and postpartum phase. Never been fitter, and such an awesome community to be a part of. Completely recommend CFFG for anyone at any level of fitness wanting to get fitter - it will change your life!

One of the best CrossFit Boxes I’ve ever had the pleasure of training at. The facilities and equipment are so Clean, organized and in great shape. The members are welcoming and friendly. Crossfit Feel Good is an outstanding place in which to obtain maximum physical and mental health and well-being. The coaches, led by Ben Wadwell are superb and tailor individual programs to meet the specific needs of all participants. Ben is an expert in his field and always has the best interests of the athletes in mind during training sessions. The environment is friendly, welcoming, supportive and encouraging. The workouts and environment is super fun, I have also never done the same thing twice, it is always kept very fresh and the team of super expert trainers make sure that no matter what condition you are in, there is something for you to do.
It is a wonderful like-minded positive community focused on health and well being. My wife also does it and loves it as well!
