First off, when we arrive the owner/window clerk is the rudest guy in the world. Secondly, we come back from the beach to get to our room and the bathtub didn't work. When we asked why did we get a room.with a non working bathtub, we got an eternal and a "if you don't like it you.can just leave"
Insanrly overpriced for what you get. The rooms are small. They are very clean and well kept so I will give them that. But the sheer audacity of the owner to charge 250 dollars a night for a 2 bed room with a non working tub is atrocious.

Dirty. Room smelled. Holes in the curtains, Dirty floors like they cleaned it very lazily and poorly (there was still sand on the floor from previous occupant) cheap packets of soap and shampoo to use for the shower, everything was old and peeling. Mold on the tiles on the ceiling. Air conditioner didn't work well was blowing stinky semi cool/warm air (even when we put it down to 64 degrees). Pool closed early so we were never able to enjoy it. Have stayed at multiple hotels throughout the area, and understand your not going to get a grand palace but this was smelly and filthy and it was BY FAR

Awesome place! We’re about to leave tomorrow I took my girlfriend here for a couple nights clean towels the rooms very clean the owner is extremely nice and compared to any other hotel in seaside this comes on top! There’s some real bad rooms in this town you can tell they take care of their place here.

We enjoyed our stay at seaside heights it's about four blocks from the boardwalk it was a little bit of a hike but it's proximity to the pier was what we loved about it the most because it was only about a block up the boardwalk once you made it to the boardwalk.
It's a cute little hotel with an incredibly small pool do not let the pictures fool you. The rooms were very clean with the exception of the floor I think the housekeeper must have missed it because there was a lot of sand I think the previous family who stayed must of gone to the beach right before they left but that was not a big deal

This place is perfect: nice, clean rooms at a good value, Pool is pristine & hardly used. The Bay Breeze is 400 yards from the beach/Pier (just far enough to be away from the noise). On Sumner Ave between your room and the beach you'll find Local Smoke BBQ for top-shelf eating, and the In & Out Deli for snacking and *rull good* fried food and convenience store things. General manager Mike is helpful & professional and gives a hoot. Highly recommend.

This motel is not the worst of the dingy, nicotine yellowed motels one could stay while in Seaside. The manager Mike is a nice guy and although his rules are semi strict, it's understandable. The room was tiny and I cleaned everything. It took a while for the room to warm too. My only real complaint was after I cleaned the entire bathroom, I walked back in a bit later and there was a worm on the counter top. Needless to say, my toothbrush was not sitting in there! The outside is nice and its quick to get to the deli, bus and boardwalk.
